We are a local, family owned business looking to satisfy your hardwood flooring needs at a reasonable price. We specialize in installing, sanding and refinishing hardwood floors. Unfortunately, we are only doing repairs at this time on jobs that have sanding or installation. We're no longer doing repairs by themselves.

We charge between $4.50-$5.00 per square foot depending on the condition of the floors. That includes the sanding, the stain and finish, and also the labor.
